Pastor Led

Northwest Church is led by our Lead Pastor, who provides spiritual leadership and oversees the vision and direction of the church. Alongside the Executive Pastoral Team, the Lead Pastor guides the day-to-day ministry and operations of Northwest Church.

Board governed

Our Board of Directors is made up of trusted members of the congregation who provide oversight and accountability. The Board offers counsel and support in areas such as finances, facilities, and legal matters, helping ensure wise stewardship and integrity.

Staff driven

Our staff carries out the mission and vision of Northwest Church by leading ministries and serving teams. Under the direction of the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastoral Team, our staff helps people experience God, grow together, serve others, and reach people.

Meet Our Team

Strengthened by Our Affiliation

Northwest Church is a self-governing church that aligns with the Assemblies of God. Through this affiliation, we follow the standards and bylaws of the General Council and the Arkansas District Council, providing accountability, shared values, and spiritual covering.
